Cancellation Policy
*Cancellation & No-Show Policy*
To provide the best possible service to all our clients, we kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 40% of the scheduled service price.
No-shows (appointments missed without any prior notice) will also be charged 40% of the service cost.
We understand that emergencies happen, and we’ll do our best to be flexible in unforeseen situations. However, enforcing this policy helps us maintain availability for all clients and respect the time of our staff.
